We will work together to help you gain insight, face challenges, and develop new strengths. Our interactive sessions will be tailored to your goals for therapy. Sessions are 1 hour long and are scheduled weekly at the same day and time.
I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation prior to starting therapy. This is a time for you to ask questions and to help us determine if we might be a good fit before beginning our work together.
I lead groups for moms in early motherhood, writing workshops, mini-retreats, and give occasional talks on various mental health and parenting topics.
